Can I buy products online here?
This website is for information and booking. Shop in person at the Skin Studio or order through WhatsApp for delivery. See Nassau and Family Island delivery options.
How can I book?

How much is a Skin Analysis?
The New Client Skin Analysis is 20 minutes in person and costs $30 before 10% VAT. The amount is credited toward your first facial or treatment booked within 48 hours after your Skin Analysis.
Can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome when there is space. If the day is fully booked, the team can offer the next available time.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Use the cancel link in your confirmation email or text. If the link is missing or you need to move your appointment, contact the Skin Studio team.
What if I am running late?
Services start at your booked time. Please arrive 15 minutes early. If you are up to 15 minutes late, the team will fit you in only if there is enough time to complete the service properly. Otherwise, they will discuss the next available option.
What should I tell the team before treatment?
Tell the team about current products, retinoids, medications, recent procedures, pregnancy and any irritation. For medical concerns or prescription changes, speak with your doctor or prescribing clinician.
Can you refer me to a dermatologist?
If your skin needs medical care, we can refer you to our partner dermatologist. A consultation discount may be available at their discretion. Their team will confirm the details.
Can I book with Lila?
Lila has retired. Our Skin Magicians are trained to the same standard. You may request a team member when booking.
Are follow-ups free?
The 5-minute Treatment Plan Update is free.
How long will results take?
Your Skin Magician will discuss what to expect for the service and your skin. Individual results vary. A program length or appointment schedule is not a guaranteed results date.
Can I add a Lip Mask or Brightening Eye Mask to my facial?
Yes. Each is available as a $10 add-on before 10% VAT.
Do you sell the masks?
Yes. Eye Masks and Lip Mask are $15 each before 10% VAT, available in person at the Skin Studio.
