How do I join?
Create your account when booking online, or ask the team to confirm your client profile at the Skin Studio. Use the same email each time.
How do I use my points?
Ask your Glow Agent before paying. Redemptions start at 500 points and use increments of 500. Points apply to products, services and gift cards. Series, custom packages and day packages are excluded from redemption.
Use up to 1,500 points ($15) per invoice.
What purchases earn points?
Eligible products, services, memberships and packages earn 5 points per $1 before tax and after discounts. Gift card purchases, tips and delivery do not earn points. Points are rounded down to a whole number and may be reversed on refunds.
Do points expire?
Points expire 365 days after you earn them. Ask the team to confirm the expiry dates on your balance.
Are these the same points as the U.S. website?
Skin Studio points are earned and redeemed here. Points on the U.S. online shop are earned and redeemed on the U.S. website. The balances are separate.
How can I check my balance?
Your Glow Agent can check your Skin Studio balance for you. Ask at your visit or send the team a WhatsApp message.
