Delivery Policy

Nassau delivery

Perfec-Tone delivers in Nassau and to the Family Islands. Nassau delivery is a flat $10.00 fee plus 10% VAT on orders under $99 before VAT. On orders of $99 and over before VAT the $10.00 fee is waived. A $5.00 surcharge plus 10% VAT applies to extended areas such as Lyford Cay and Albany, and it still applies on orders of $99 and over. Staff deliver from a central Nassau location.

How to order

Orders are placed via WhatsApp or in person at the Skin Studio. Our website is for information only and does not take orders. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days. Message the Skin Studio team on WhatsApp at (242) 828-7546 with your name, the products you want and a location pin or address. The team confirms stock and the delivery day.

Family Island delivery

Send your order details and island on WhatsApp at (242) 828-7546. A Glow Agent arranges the order with you in that chat. You pay over the phone, by card or by bank deposit, and the Skin Studio team confirms payment and the boat arrangements with you. We do not offer pay-down, so an order cannot be paid in parts. Please do not send card details by message. Family Island orders are delivered to the boat as it sails, and you collect your order at the dock. The Island Handling fee is $19.99 plus 10% VAT, or $9.99 plus 10% VAT on orders over $100 before VAT. It covers taking the order to the port and prepaying the boat's package fee, so there is nothing more to pay at pickup. Island Handling covers everything, and there is no separate dock fee.
