Leave with a plan you understand

Before leaving an appointment, check which products to use, when to use them and whether your service needs specific aftercare. Ask when to return and how to contact the team with questions. Keep the instructions somewhere easy to find.

Follow your own routine

Use the directions for your products rather than copying someone else's schedule. Our product guide is a reference for the individual steps. If you are considering adding another treatment, check how it fits before starting it.

Notice changes without rushing them

A few notes and photos in similar lighting can help you talk about your progress at your next visit. Individual results and timing vary. If your skin becomes irritated, ask for guidance rather than adding more products. Significant or persistent symptoms need medical advice.
